Services
Mifotec is continuously evolving. So is our range of services. Below you will find a brief overview of our tailored solutions for your broadcasting emissions. Do you have a request we haven't described here yet? Do not hesitate, just contact us!
Consulting
We are manufacturer-independent and always strive to identify the best solutions for our customers. We can consider a wide range of products and services rather than being tied to one manufacturer's product, or even our own. Our recommendations are always customized. You are our client. Our transparency and independence are the cornerstone of a trusting cooperation.

Planning and Implementation
Like our consulting? Then you will love our customized planning of your technical setup. Whether it be a hardware multiplexer or a completely virtualized UHD Compression Center solution, we know what you need, how it should be deployed, where the limits are, but also what should be avoided. We are eager to tackle your challenges or even take the lead in your projects.

Trainings
Truth be told, the knowledge we need cannot be learned from standards alone. So, hands on! Especially for our colleagues in the world of broadcast technologies, we can set up exciting training sessions. While experimenting with the measuring device in practice and configuring the switch with their own PC, participants also benefit from constructive cooperation. There is no better in-house accelerator than a training session by Mifotec.

Measuring and Testing
There is no perfect transport stream! Errors will always be an integral part of any technical environment. Every broadcasting station is complex. The important thing is that problems are detected before the systems go live. Once online, issues are often harder to analyze and it's costly to fix them without interruptions. By having your facility inspected or finally accepted by Mifotec, you ensure a smooth broadcasting start. You can rely on our conscientiousness.

DVB Experts
Whoever watches TV in Europe does so digitally. In Germany, the analog signal was switched off in 2019. With digital transmission, the picture and sound quality are significantly improved, and additional functions such as Electronic Program Guides (EPG), Video-on-Demand, and interactive services are enabled. Also, the more efficient use of the frequency spectrum is a great advantage, as more channels can be transmitted over the same spectrum. Moreover, digital television enables the reception of High-Definition content, leading to an enhanced viewing experience. This transition to digital was a significant step in modernizing the broadcasting infrastructure and offers viewers in Germany and across Europe a higher quality and more versatile television experience. Although analog radio broadcasting still plays a role in Germany, as of 2022, one-third of households have already switched to the digital alternative. Much has been accomplished, but there is still much to do.
